PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE CAREFULLY.

All users of this site agree that access to and use of this site are subject to the following terms and conditions and other applicable laws. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use this site.

CACW Events Rules and Regulations
When registering to become a participant, purchaser agrees to abide by the rules and regulations of CACW Events while attending the event. Rules and regulations are listed below:

By registering for this event as a 2024 CACW participant, you agree to the following:
2024 CACW Registration Refunds: The 2024 CACW Registration deadline is July 15, 2024. 2024 CACW Registration refund requests before July 15, 2024 are subject to a 3.735% fee. 2024 CACW Registration refund requests between July 15, 2024 and August 01, 2024 are subject to a 30% fee. There are no refunds on 2024 CACW Registrations after August 01, 2024. Contact CACW Registration info@cacwinc.com regarding refunds and changes. Participants are advised to check their registration purchase for accuracy, upon receipt. No transfer of CACW Registrations allowed unless authorized by CACW Registration Staff.

Replacement of Lost or Stolen Registration Passes: No duplicate passes will be issued to replace lost or stolen wristbands. No exceptions. All wristbands will be put on the participants when picking up registration packets.

Schedule of Show Events: Events happen rain or shine. CACW reserves the right to cancel or postpone any individual component or activity of the show for any reason without notice. CACW hosted events such as the Youth Day parade will take place rain or shine. There will not be any refunds due to rain/weather cancellations.

Spectator Conduct: CACW expects and requires all CACW participants and to conduct themselves in an appropriate manner during all activities of the event. All CACW events are inclusive environments and we embrace a multicultural and diverse community. We do not tolerate discrimination, harassment, bullying, xenophobia, or racism in any form. CACW is committed to providing a harassment-free experience for everyone, regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, age, or religious affiliation. We do not tolerate harassment in any form. Anyone violating these rules will be removed from the event. By attending this event, you are agreeing to abide by these guidelines.

Management will under no circumstances, tolerate any of the following: drunkenness, public nudity, burnouts, recklessness, foul language, offensive clothing, blaring or offensive music, cruising of vehicles on grounds and other objects. Unapproved golf carts, ATVs and similar motor or electric vehicles are prohibited. CACW requires registration of all handicap golf carts. There will be a ZERO TOLERANCE policy on disruptive behavior at all events. CACW WILL pull credentials and participant access for any inappropriate conduct inside or outside of the event grounds. Security and event staff are present to ensure a fun and safe event for everyone, please comply when they make a request.

Participant Parking: CACW will have event security in place but participant parking is at your own risk. CACW does not guarantee the safety or security of any property left at any site, on grounds or off grounds, at any time.

Driving On-grounds: Patron safety is everyone’s responsibility. Your vehicle is to remain parked from the time you arrive through the time you leave – daily. No cruising, no burnouts.

Noise:
The volume of radios, stereos, TVs, loudspeakers, etc. should not disturb or be a nuisance to others. No profanity. Generators must be turned off overnight as not to disrupt others nearby. Generators must also be properly ventilated.

Alcohol & Drugs: Disorderly persons will not be tolerated. No glass bottles. Sale of alcoholic beverages other than by a licensed vendor, is prohibited. If you should decide to consume alcoholic beverages, please use a designated driver when travelling or operating a motorized vehicle. Providing alcoholic beverages to anyone under the age of 21 is prohibited by law in Kentucky. Illegal use/procession of a controlled substances are prohibited.

Service Animals & Pets: Officially registered service animals are permitted by law. CACW strongly advises against bringing your pet to an event. Pavement gets very hot, some animals are aggressive, and accidents happen. With that said, we do permit pets, however, only under the following guidelines: Pets should be leashed at all times; and provide them with food/water/shade. Pick up and dispose of their waste; and keep them away from other pets and patrons. No pets in the Food Court area. Do not leave your pets in your vehicles at any time. Pets must have current vaccines and licenses. Your pet must be under your control at all times. You are fully responsible for its actions. Any offensive or unsafe actions by your pet or as the owner, will result in expulsion from the event without refund.

Contact Information: It is the responsibility of the customer to inform CACW of any change of address, contact phone number or email address, both before and after receipt of the goods. Please note that our preferred method of contact for customers booking online is by email, so care should be taken to provide a current, valid email address. The right to admission to an event is reserved by the promoter and event venue, who may take health and safety, environmental and security concerns into account at their reasonable discretion.

Parking & Tent Regulations
Saving spaces at any time during any event is prohibited. Space permitting, you may set up a canopy behind your vehicle (10 ft. x 10 ft. maximum size). Personal canopies/tents must be securely tethered and owners are liable for any damages. Remove all canopies in windy and storm conditions. All personal canopies/tents must be removed daily (this includes the frame and the fabric).

Vendors Disclaimer
As a participant, spectator and/or guest I hereby RELEASE, WAIVE, DISCHARGE, and HOLD HARMLESS CACW, Inc. and its representatives, officers, servants, agents, and volunteers (“RELEASEES”) from any and all liability, claims ,demands, actions and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, injury or death, that may be sustained by me, or to any property belonging to me while participating in All CACW Events: to include products & services purchased or donated by an Vendor or Third Party Sponsor(s).

SPECTATOR ENTRY AND ADVERTISING RELEASE
Accepting entry of any individual entering this event as a paid participant, each of the following persons (spouse, children and/or guests), as represented and authorized by the person whose name and signature is listed below, do hereby authorize, permit, give, grant, license, relinquish and release to CACW, and to any of its affiliates, licensees agents and representatives, the absolute right to do each of the following activities involving each said persons, whether for commercial and non-commercial purposes and uses, whether in connection with, before, during, or after the event or otherwise, and without any further payment, consideration or notice from CACW and in the sole discretion of CACW, , to: (a) photograph, draw, depict, copy characterize, and/or recreate any images or likeness of each said persons and their vehicles; (b) print, publish and/or release details and /or information about any of said persons and their vehicles; and (c) create, assemble, manufacture, print, distribute and/or sell advertising, magazines, brochures, flyers, posters, T-shirts, packaging, and/or articles of manufacture which show said persons and their vehicles, and/or any image thereof. These rights to CACW, include, but are not limited to, any proprietary rights, intellectual property and/or copyright interests necessary to carry out each of the above-identified activities, and further includes world-wide, non-exclusive and royalty-free license. RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY, ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT IN CONSIDERATION of being permitted to compete, officiate, observe, work, or participate in any way in the EVENT(S) or being permitted to enter for any purpose any RESTRICTED AREA (defined as any area requiring special authorization, credentials, or permission to enter or any area to which admission by the general public is restricted or prohibited), EACH OF THE UNDERSIGNED, for himself, his personal representatives, heirs, and next of kin: Acknowledges, agrees, and represents that he/she has or will immediately upon entering any of such RESTRICTED AREAS, and will continuously thereafter, inspect the RESTRICTED AREAS which he/she enters, and he/she further agrees and warrants that, if at any time, he/she is in or about RESTRICTED AREAS and he/she feels anything to be unsafe, he/she will immediately advise the officials of such and if necessary will leave the RESTRICTED AREAS and/or refuse to participate further in the EVENT(S). HEREBY RELEASES,WAIVES, DISCHARGES AND COVENANTS NOT TO SUE the owners, company, promoters, participants, associations, sponsors, partners, clubs, vendors, vehicle owners, sanctioning organizations or any subdivision thereof, any persons in any RESTRICTED AREA, promoters, sponsors, advertisers, owners and leases of premises used to conduct the EVENT(S), premises and event inspectors, surveyors, underwriters, consultants and others who give recommendations, directions, or instructions or engage in risk evaluation or loss control activities regarding the premises or EVENT(S) and each of them, their directors, officers, agents and employees, all for the purposes herein referred to as “Releases,” FROM ALL LIABILITY TO THE UNDERSIGNED, his/her personal representatives, assigns, heirs, and next of kin FOR ANY AND ALL LOSS OR DAMAGE, AND ANY CLAIM OR DEMANDS THEREFOR ON ACCOUNT OF INJURY TO THE PERSON OR PROPERTY OR RESULTING IN DEATH OF THE UNDERSIGNED ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE EVENT(S), WHETHER CAUSED BY THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASEES OR HEREBY AGREES TO INDEMNIFY AND SAVE AND HOLD HARMLESS the Releases and each of them FROM ANY LOSS, LIABILITY, DAMAGE, OR COST they may incur arising out of or related to the UNDERSIGNED’S INJURY OR DEATH, WHETHER CAUSED BY THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASEES OR HEREBY ASSUMES FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY RISK OF BODILY INJURY, DEATH OR PROPERTY DAMAGE arising out of or related to the EVENT(S) whether caused by the NEGLIGENCE OF RELEASEES or HEREBY acknowledges that THE ACTIVITIES OF THE EVENT(S) ARE VERY DANGEROUS and involve the risk of serious injury and/or death and/or property damage. Each of THE UNDERSIGNED, also expressly acknowledges that INJURIES RECEIVED MAY BE COMPOUNDED OR INCREASED BY NEGLIGENT RESCUE OPERATIONS OR PROCEDURES OF THE RELEASEES. HEREBY agrees that this Release and Waiver of Liability, Assumption of Risk and Indemnity Agreement extends to all acts of negligence by the Releases, INCLUDING NEGLIGENT RESCUE OPERATIONS and is intended to be as broad and inclusive as is permitted by the laws of the State or Province in which the Event(s) is/are conducted and that if any portion thereof is held invalid, it is agreed that the balance shall, notwithstanding, continue in full legal force and I HAVE READ THIS RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY, ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT, UNDERSTAND ITS TERMS, UNDERSTAND THAT I HAVE GIVEN UP SUBSTANTIAL RIGHTS, FREELY AND VOLUNTARILY WITHOUT ANY INDUCEMENT, ASSURANCE OR GUARANTEE BEING MADE TO ME AND INTEND TO BE A COMPLETE AND UNCONDITIONAL RELEASE OF ALL LIABILITY TO THE GREATEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW. I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT CACW IS MATERIALLY RELYING ON THIS WAIVER AND IS ALLOWING THE UNDERSIGNED TO ATTEND AND/OR PARTICIPATE IN ANY ACTIVITY AT THE EVENT BECAUSE OF MY VOLUNTARY EXECUTION OF THIS AGREEMENT.

Typographical Errors
In the event that a CACW product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, CACW reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. CACW reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, CACW shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Term: Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by CACW without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.
