Boyce F. Greenard II is a distinguished engineer and project manager with over four decades of experience in the Defense and Space industry, including being a highly decorated combat veteran in the U.S. Air Force. Throughout his military service, he honed his expertise in Air Force Special Operations, research & development, management, and leadership. Currently, Boyce works with the Department of Defense, specializing in terrestrial and space-based intelligence systems, where he has a reputation for excellence in field operations, strategic command, and mission readiness.
His academic credentials include an Industrial Engineering degree from Southern Illinois University, a Project Management Professional (PMP) from Syracuse University, and he is currently pursuing an MBA from the University of Arizona, further enhancing his management toolbox.
A dedicated 30-year member of the International Council of Corvette Clubs (ICCC), Boyce has played a pivotal role in improving the national organization through various leadership and support roles. He is also an active member of the Colorado Springs Corvette Club (CSCC) chapter of the National Council of Corvette Clubs (NCCC), Additionally, Boyce is a proud member of the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics (AIAA), and of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc., the oldest intercollegiate historically African American fraternity, where he exemplifies leadership, academic excellence, and community service.
Beyond his professional achievements, Boyce is deeply committed to community engagement and minority empowerment. As one of the co-founders and organizers of the Cultural Awareness Corvette Weekend (CACW), the only national event celebrating African American Corvette owners and enthusiasts, he has played a pivotal role in fostering inclusivity and connection within the automotive community. For the 2025 CACW, Boyce has transitioned to an advisory/consultant role, utilizing his extensive network and expertise to cultivate impactful collaborations with influential leaders in Detroit and Bowling Green, further advancing the event’s mission and reach.
An avid Corvette enthusiast, Boyce recently added a 2024 Corvette E-Ray to his collection, marking his fifth Corvette and further showcasing his enduring love for the automotive world. His unwavering dedication to leadership, innovation, and community impact makes him a respected figure in his professional and personal endeavors.
Boyce was born and raised in Detroit, Michigan, with deep roots in Mississippi, Alabama, and North Carolina. After traveling the world for 40+ years, he now calls Colorado Springs, CO, home. He is a devoted husband to his wife, a proud father of two adult daughters, a loving grandfather to four grandchildren and a rambunctious Cockapoo.
